Our 2024 DSD Legacy Scholarship winner Gabriela Obafemi-Ajayi! Gabriela has been a phenomenal student at Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore City. While attending school Gabriela also operated a hair business, held a part time job, played varsity badminton and volleyball, was a member of UMOJA and won 3 awards during the Maryland Science Olympiad all while keeping a 4.85 GPA. Her goal is to pursue a future in studying public health and expanding her research abilities. Congratulations Gabriela!
